I got to swing!!
Well, maybe not a pro per se, but Miss E has now taken her maiden voyage! We all flew out to California this morning (OMG so EARLY), getting zero sleep, taking a great cab (I highly recommend Taxi #4256 btw), and wow bouncing through the short line in the x-ray line. (ps Racial profiling is in full effect. An 8 yr-old girl got patted down, as she was wearing a headscarf. nice.)
As for the ride itself, no worries, really, just Emelia's typical crying that we've had the joy of experiencing the past few days. And a poopy diaper, which I was lucky enough to NOT draw the straw on that one.

Did you realize that none of those mystery tabs in the airplane bathcloset opens up a changing table? sux donkey butt. LOTS of screaming on all of our parts. Thanks airlines!!

So here we are, at teh Thedaker household (we got a map if you need it, made by Drew and wall decorations by Josh). D's making dinner, Heg is grilling, and E is exhausted.

We 3 took a 2 hour nap, but first, while Darrell and I were out getting some yummy In n Out burger for all of us (minus Heg, he was working boo), Drew and Josh (some minor Bleen supervision) watched and played with E on the swings. To her joy and excitement!

Tomorrow we see Nana and D's Grampa, and hopefully some other friends too.
Tonight? Oh lavendar lattes here I come!!!

E loves her new buds, This one is Drew who pushed her to happiness on the swings for at least an hour!

a note? the last week was not too much fun. E is pushing out *3* top teeth, and not really napping. Nights are restless, D's working late, and school was taking a relax but with an April that looms full of work.
