Shooz

Flashback to April 24, 2009...1st birthday...incoming Grandparents...and SHOES!
Figured this was deserving of its own post, being as it's about the most important accessory ever. Gram tried to get E to try on every shoe in her size -- I think she did. Note, as she is walking a tad early, and given her petite-self, she had fewer options. Size 3.5, yo, and the shoe dude said they only make walking shoes starting at size 3.
Whatever this means.
He also disparaged Robeez, (well, we have this store's) but there is quite a bit of stir about support vs. soft shoes. Eh. We are mixing them up, as we like being barefoot ourselves (D & I).

Basically, we want E to have happy feet, and this also means not stepping on broken bits of CDs...which I am about to reorganize and somehow make E-safe. (she's now eating the black spokey things that keep the CDs in the case. Not food. Plastic. sigh with me pleez, thanks)
It was a fun hour (yup, took about an hour to try on every 3.5). The best part was E being fit in the first pair, then stepping like she had huuuuuuuuge platforms on or something. Like a monstar.
We settled on some cute strappers--> and these have been working great...until she ate one of the little leather bows off on Thursday this week. Eh. Maybe they were plastic, and therefore "food".

Stomp on!

whee! pair one! (not purchased)

another round, another not-gotten
